The problem

Buying solar is complicated; SunUp needed a site that gave first-time customers a sensible place to start

SunUp Solar needed a defined company website and a brand that could build trust in a crowded local category. The audience included customers beginning their solar research as well as professionals who needed useful information.

Ecommerce was part of the brief, but the real challenge was clarity. The site had to explain the offer without making a technical purchase feel even more technical.

The outcome

We created the brand and a responsive ecommerce website built around simple navigation and an informative content base. The visual work gave SunUp a consistent presence; the website gave customers and professionals a clearer route into the product range.

No customer, sales or conversion data was retained with the old site, so the outcome is described only in terms of what shipped.
