Blue Beat’s 500+ SKU store needed a faster route to better conversion. We mapped the user flows, redesigned the landing page and delivered the rebuild in 2 weeks.

Blue Beat needed to improve ecommerce UX and conversion across a 500+ SKU catalogue on a 2-week deadline
Blue Beat Digital’s ecommerce site was not organised around how customers completed tasks. We started by mapping the UX flow across the site to see where people had to make unnecessary decisions, then used usability-testing insights to redesign the landing page.
There was not much spare time. The new store had to go live in half the usual time while remaining manageable at the scale of a 500+ SKU catalogue.
Working with Dutwaa Creative Agency, we delivered the redesign in 2 weeks, including more than 100 customisations. The work gave the store a more deliberate conversion-focused foundation and a design that could accommodate a large catalogue.
The source explains the deadline and scope, but does not retain a before-and-after conversion rate. We have not supplied one.
We mapped how customers moved through the key pages and tasks, then identified the friction worth fixing first.
We used the usability findings to redesign the landing page and establish the new visual system.
We built and tested the store in WordPress and Elementor within the 2-week delivery window.
