iJUMP Trampoline Arena.

iJUMP’s site was not helping it sell the experience. We rebuilt the visual system, navigation and social touchpoints for the adults booking and the children being booked for.

iJump Website Redesign

The problem

iJUMP’s website was not giving the arena an edge when it came to selling the experience

iJUMP knew its existing website was not doing enough to help the business sell its product. The task was not merely a change of look and feel: the site also needed better search performance and a lower bounce rate.

The audience is split. Adults make the booking, while the brand also needs to make sense to children and families. The information and visual system had to account for both.

The outcome

Working with Dutwaa Creative Agency, we redesigned the website around stronger imagery, clearer navigation and a more relaxed colour palette. Social-media integration was included, and the content made the arena’s family offering easier to understand.

The source says SEO and bounce rate improved, but contains no baseline or final figures. Those claims need evidence before they can become headline results.

How we got there

01

Review the existing experience

We looked at how the existing site presented the arena, its activities and the path to a booking.

02

Rework the visual system

We redesigned the site around better imagery, clearer navigation and a family-friendly interface.

03

Build and connect

We built the responsive WordPress site and integrated the social touchpoints used by the brand.
