Jidmac needed to explain its property service without drowning prospective landlords and tenants in information. We built a clearer, more restrained website.

Jidmac’s website needed to explain what it did clearly to both landlords and tenants
Jidmac Property Group wanted a website that reflected its promise of prompt, reliable and professional service. The design challenge was restraint: property websites can make it hard to find the point by showing too much, or say too little to be useful.
Working with Dutwaa Creative Agency, we aimed for a format that helped prospective clients identify Jidmac’s offer quickly, with a visual direction that did not look like another crowded property listing site.
We created a minimalist website with a clearer hierarchy of information and a more considered use of colour. The result gives landlords and tenants a more direct route to understanding the business and its services.
The old source does not provide enquiry, traffic or search-performance data, so no performance claim has been added.
We worked through the service information to identify what landlords and tenants needed to understand quickly.
We designed a restrained property website with a clearer hierarchy and more considered colour use.
We built the responsive site in WordPress and Elementor, then checked its core page and contact journeys.
