Cadac needed an online shop that could stand up beside newer competitors. We rebuilt the buying experience for customers and the people running the store.

Cadac had a respected name, but its ecommerce experience was losing ground to newer competitors
Cadac was already well known in South Africa. Its online store was the weak point: newer brands had newer ecommerce experiences, and Cadac needed a better way to reach its established customer base online.
The job was to rethink the store from both sides of the counter. Shoppers needed a site that made products easier to browse and buy. Store owners needed an experience they could manage without fighting the interface.
We overhauled the Cadac website from the responsive design through to the shopping and store-management experience. The result was a more distinctive ecommerce site, built around the way people browse products rather than a generic shop template.
The source material does not include sales, conversion or usability data, so we have not claimed an uplift.
We reviewed the existing store and the gaps between browsing, buying and managing products.
We developed a responsive interface that made the product range easier to explore.
We built the ecommerce site in WordPress and Elementor, then tested the key customer and admin journeys.
